Conference Goal

The goal of this conference is to provide a forum for presentation and exchange of ideas on the latest developments in drying technology and to disseminate relevant information among drying professionals in the Asia-Pacific region.

Scope & Objective

The role of drying in agriculture, food, chemical and process industries is well understood. In spite of exponential growth in R & D activities in the field concerted effort is still necessary in our zeal to know more and to improve the process further.

ADC fosters intimate interaction among the experts in drying technology in Asia Pacific region in particular and in global context in general from both academia and industries. Thereby, it promotes effective network to facilitate research and R & D collaboration. ADC 2005 conference is poised to surpass the earlier events by attracting a large number of intelligentia and by highlighting a broader spectum of topics involving the most recent and exciting research and development in drying. The emphasis will be given to quality enhancement through drying through dissemination of knowledge in myriad areas like innovation in drying technology, industrial drying, conventional and alternate drying process, energy efficiency and environmental aspects.
